Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and SkyFollowing ("we", "us") covering your use of the SkyFollowing website, dashboard, and API (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using SkyFollowing for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. The service

SkyFollowing is a growth automation tool for Bluesky. With your authorization it researches accounts in your niche, scores them for relevance, follows and engages at a controlled pace, cleans up non-followers, and reports the results. SkyFollowing is an independent product built on the AT Protocol. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluesky PBC, and your use of Bluesky itself is governed by Bluesky's own terms and community guidelines.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and old enough to hold the Bluesky accounts you connect.
• You sign in with an email magic link or a Google or GitHub login. Keep access to that email or login secure; activity in your workspace is your responsibility.
• Workspace roles (owner, admin, analyst) exist so teammates get the access they need and nothing more. Inviting someone makes you responsible for their use of your workspace.

Connecting Bluesky accounts

• Connections use Bluesky's official OAuth. We never ask for, receive, or store your Bluesky password.
• You may only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. Agencies must have their client's permission for every account they connect.
• The service acts only under the grant you approve, and you can revoke it at any time from SkyFollowing or from Bluesky's settings.

Acceptable use

SkyFollowing exists to grow real audiences with respectful behavior. You agree not to:

• Use the service in ways that violate Bluesky's community guidelines, another platform's rules, or applicable law.
• Use the service to harass, deceive, impersonate, or send spam.
• Attempt to bypass the safety systems, including daily caps, warmup ramps, pacing, quality filters, or safety holds.
• Exceed API rate limits deliberately, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or access another workspace's data.
• Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.

Safety systems and enforcement

Pacing, daily caps, and risk monitoring are always on, and quality filters ship enabled by default. The service may pause campaigns or hold accounts automatically when risk signals appear. We may also suspend or terminate workspaces that break the acceptable-use rules above, with notice where practical. We built these systems to protect your accounts and the network they run on; working against them is the one fast way to lose access to the service.

Plans, trials, and billing

• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the Pro feature set, no card required. When the trial ends, active campaigns pause and the workspace falls back to free-tier limits until you subscribe; nothing is deleted.
• Paid subscriptions bill monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Plan limits (connected accounts, campaigns, daily follow volume, API access) are described on the pricing page and enforced by the service.
• If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal, with notice beforehand.

Refunds

The free trial exists so you can evaluate the full service before paying. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support@skyfollowing.com and we will look at it with you.

No outcome guarantees

Growth depends on your niche, your content, and your profile, so we do not promise follower counts, follow-back rates, or any specific result. We also cannot promise that Bluesky will never rate-limit, restrict, or moderate a connected account. The safety systems are designed to keep that risk low; no tool can honestly make it zero. Bluesky is a third-party service that may change its APIs, rules, or availability at any time, and the service depends on it.

Your data and content

You own your data: your campaign configurations, your analytics, and the audience you build. You grant us the limited license needed to process that data to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy. Followers gained through the service belong to your Bluesky account and are untouched when you cancel or leave.

Our intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us can be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve any particular outcome on a third-party platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using the service, cancel your subscription, or delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, campaigns stop, nothing in your Bluesky accounts is changed or unfollowed, and you can revoke the OAuth grant from Bluesky in one click.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice, such as by email or an in-app message, before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkyFollowing is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to another venue.
